Financial viability analysis and market trend assessment **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 17:00 **Level:** Management and Executive **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Provide personalized service to corporate (PJ) cooperatives, identifying needs and offering financial solutions aligned with the business profile and objectives. * Prospect new cooperatives through commercial strategies, market analysis, and networking to expand the portfolio. * Manage and monitor the cooperative portfolio, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and relationship development. * Prepare credit proposals and conduct financial viability analyses in compliance with internal policies and current regulations. * Participate in industry events, trade fairs, and commercial initiatives, representing the institution and strengthening brand presence among target audiences. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), proposing continuous improvement actions for processes and outcomes. * Collaborate closely with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and credit, aligning strategies to achieve institutional goals. * Stay updated on financial market and rural sector trends, ensuring competitive and cooperative-aligned product and service offerings. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * **Desirable:** * Certifications: CPA 10, CPA 20, or CEA.
