Ready for a career that yields greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and develop the door-to-door external sales team, ensuring engagement and high performance. * Participate in and conduct daily meetings to align and motivate the team. * Manage acquired accounts, strengthen relationships with the customer portfolio, and identify expansion opportunities. * Plan and monitor external commercial routes, optimizing time and available resources. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), formulating strategies to meet established targets. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree * Proven experience in door-to-door external sales * Experience managing teams, with focus on leadership and motivating people * Proficiency in managing sales pipelines and customer routing * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (data analysis, reporting) and PowerPoint (presentations) **Additional Information** **To stand out in this role, it would be great if you also had:** * Knowledge of payment methods and acquiring services You might know us from our card machines or memorable commercials—but we’re so much more!
