Strategic relationship management with investors, fund managers, and consulting firms **Affirmative Action Position for Women – Commercial Manager | Investment Fund Segment (FIPs and other investment vehicles)** **Employment Type:** CLT + benefits **Location:** Itaim Bibi – SP **About the Role** We are seeking a **Commercial Manager** with solid experience in the **financial sector**, responsible for managing and **expanding a client portfolio comprised of Investment Funds, including FIPs** (Investment Funds in Equity), **FIIs, FIDCs, multi-market funds, and other structured investment vehicles.** The professional will strategically engage with investors, fund managers, and consulting firms to ensure sustainable growth and generate new commercial opportunities. **Responsibilities** * Manage and develop the fund segment client portfolio, with emphasis on FIPs. * Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and expansion of the investor base. * Establish consultative relationships with fund managers, fiduciary administrators, and family offices. * Present financial products and solutions aligned with clients’ needs. * Lead commercial negotiations, structure proposals, and oversee the entire sales cycle. * Monitor portfolio performance, revenue indicators, and commercial targets. * Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Operations, Risk, and Products) to ensure high-quality service delivery. * Participate in industry events and represent the company within the investment ecosystem. **Requirements** * Proven experience in the commercial area of the financial market. * Proficiency in managing investment fund client portfolios, particularly FIPs. * Knowledge of structures, regulations, and dynamics of investment vehicles. * Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented profile. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance or related fields). * **Desirable certification:** CPA-20, CEA or CGA (preferred). **Benefits** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Meal voucher and transportation allowance. * Opportunities for career growth and participation in strategic projects.
