Focus on Quality and Productivity **Key Requirements:** \- Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Metallurgical) or Technology degree in Production Management; \- Dynamism and ability to lead team-based work; \- Skills in planning, execution and communication; \- Technical knowledge, such as: SPC, Production Scheduling, Document Control and others; \- Intermediate English (TOEIC >450 points); \- Willingness to work all shifts. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Ensure compliance with Safety Procedures; \- Lead the Manufacturing team to effectively utilize resources, ensuring customer satisfaction, process improvements and achievement of quality and productivity targets; \- Enhance process performance through implementation of Lean Culture; \- Monitor production scheduling and performance results of the cell and/or machine group; \- Ensure necessary resources are available for manufacturing cells; \- Address technical issues and required maintenance; \- Conduct tiered audits; \- Provide team training to achieve certification required for meeting cell skill matrix requirements.
