The main objective of this position is to ensure results through goal monitoring, team development, and high-quality customer service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor sales team performance and support achievement of monthly goals; * Conduct vehicle appraisals and define sales strategies; * Deliver ongoing training and guidance to the team; * Supervise daily dealership operations and support problem resolution; * Develop customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty; * Lead meetings and implement corrective actions when necessary; * Motivate and engage the team around the unit’s strategic plan. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Knowledge of negotiation and team leadership; * Familiarity with new and used vehicle markets; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Driver’s license categories AB; * Must reside in the job location area. **Offer:** * Fixed salary of R$ 3.200,00; * Variable income with average monthly earnings close to R$ 8.000,00–R$ 10.000,00; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance as per legislation.
