




Job Summary: Responsible for restaurant operations, team management, and inventory and quality control, supporting the store's general activities. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and product quality **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist managerial staff. * Responsible for restaurant operations during shifts. * Plan, correct, and monitor team activities. * Manage employee time-off and scheduling. * Control inventory. * Supervise product expiration dates and quality. * Support the store's general activities. * Perform other routine duties related to the position. **Working Hours:** 2:40 PM to 11:00 PM **Schedule:** Weekdays and weekends, with one day off per week + one Sunday off per month. **Requirements:** Applicants must be over 18 years of age. Availability and flexibility regarding working hours.
