Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as the strategic client relationship lead, gaining deep understanding of clients’ businesses and markets, anticipating needs, and proposing solutions. * Lead and oversee communication projects, ensuring seamless integration across internal departments (creative, media, planning, production, digital, etc.) and external vendors. * Actively participate in brand strategic planning, translating insights and briefs into actionable plans. * Develop and supervise timelines, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring deliverables align with strategy and meet deadlines and budget constraints. * Manage account teams (assistants, executives, supervisors), guiding technical and behavioral development. * Maintain close relationships with key clients, negotiating investments, presenting results, and proposing growth opportunities. * Analyze campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, digital metrics), generating insights for continuous improvement. * Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables, acting as the final validation point before client presentations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience managing major accounts and complex projects. * Strategic vision and ability to translate business objectives into creative, integrated solutions. * Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage client expectations. * Solid expertise in digital communication and social media. * Demonstrated leadership, team development, and conflict management capabilities. **Additional Information** Hybrid work: On-site Tuesdays and Thursdays. #1 Global Agency of the Decade – Cannes Lions.
