Job Summary: Customer Service for Data Collection, responsible for receiving customers, verifying data, collecting photos, fingerprints, signatures, and digitizing documents, as well as guiding customers on the next steps of the process. That would be only the beginning of a trajectory that led a small team of engineering professionals passionate about innovation to become a solid market reference in Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Providing customer service by receiving citizen customers seeking digital photo services. * Verifying the citizen customer's personal data at the start of service. * Responsible for collecting photos, fingerprints, signatures, and document digitization. * Guiding customers on the next steps of their process. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma required (diploma and/or certificate will be requested); * Basic computer skills; * Customer service experience is desirable. **Additional Information** **Employment Type**: CLT, temporary **Working Hours**: On-site, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 (1-hour lunch break) **Work Location**: Address: R. 5, 47 \- Mãe de Deus, Catalão \- GO, 75702\-230 Meal or Food Allowance paid daily via Alelo card; Transportation Allowance with 6% deduction from the benefit according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT); Co-payment Health Plan; Dental Plan; Life Insurance; Wellhub; Benefits Club; Childcare Assistance (when stipulated in collective agreement or convention).
