Lead and develop the marketing team **RESPONSIBILITIES** – Responsible for coordinating marketing with a focus on retail and trade, planning and executing 360° initiatives for franchises, company-owned stores, and multi-brand outlets. Engage in sell-in and sell-out activities, ensure brand consistency, manage campaigns, events, KPIs, and budget, as well as lead and develop the marketing team. **REQUIREMENTS** – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Social Communication, or related fields. – Proficiency in Excel, ChatGPT, Canva, presentation tools, and knowledge of 360° marketing, branding, trade marketing, and promotional campaigns. – Experience with digital media and online + offline integration (social media, influencers, online campaigns). – Data analysis capability (sales, sell-in/sell-out, CRM, BI). **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** – Fixed salary + benefits Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$10.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work location: On-site
