Perform ERP system configurations and improvements We are seeking an experienced professional with leadership vision and strong expertise in Human Resources Department routines to work in one of the group's largest operations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead the team and ensure smooth operation of Human Resources Department routines; * Manage and execute benefits, vacation, termination, and timekeeping processes; * Conduct commission assessments and validations; * Perform payroll entries, calculations, and full payroll reconciliation; * Generate labor charges and fulfill all ancillary obligations: E-Social, DCTFWeb, FGTS, among others; * Act as legal representative in labor hearings; * Perform ERP system configurations, updates, and improvements. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; * Solid experience in this role; * Ability to lead and develop teams; * In-depth knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Proficiency with ERP systems. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 (1h12 lunch break); * **Salary:** To be negotiated + benefits.
