Super Carnaúba is a company specializing in the commercialization of carnauba-based products for automotive care. We offer high-quality solutions for vehicle protection and shine. **Responsibilities:** Execute HR Department routines from registration to termination. Conduct hiring, contractual changes, and terminations. Monitor probationary periods and due dates. Calculate and verify payroll, labor charges, and taxes. Submit ancillary obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital). Administer benefits (Transportation Voucher and Meal Voucher). Manage vacations, leaves of absence, timekeeping, and work schedules. Support employees and assist managers. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Analyst, HR Department Coordinator, or HR Department Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the activities associated with this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
