Conduct hiring, contractual changes, and terminations. Monitor probationary periods and due dates. Calculate and verify payroll, labor charges, and taxes. Submit ancillary obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital). Administer benefits (Transportation Voucher and Meal Voucher). Manage vacations, leaves of absence, timekeeping, and work schedules. Support employees and assist managers. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Analyst, HR Department Coordinator, or HR Department Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the activities associated with this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
