Autonomy to design and implement processes **Position: Human Resources Manager (Focus on Culture and People)** We are seeking a **Human Resources Analyst** to lead a strategic project for **structuring the HR department**, with strong involvement in **creating and consolidating the organizational culture**, process development, and employee engagement. This person will be responsible for implementing practices that ensure alignment between people, company values, and objectives, as well as supporting leaders and teams in adapting to **new internal rules and guidelines**. **Responsibilities** * Create, implement, and strengthen the company’s **organizational culture** * Structure and execute **onboarding** processes for new employees * Develop and conduct practices of **continuous feedback** and performance evaluations * Support leadership in people management and in disseminating **new internal policies and rules** * Ensure all employees understand and follow established processes * Serve as the HR focal point for inquiries, guidance, and improvement of the organizational climate * Propose initiatives for engagement, internal communication, and organizational development **Requirements** * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields * Prior experience in generalist HR, organizational culture, or people development * Knowledge of onboarding, feedback, and internal policy processes * Strong communication skills, organization, and ability to influence others * Proactive, structured profile with a sense of ownership **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in growing environments or in building HR departments from scratch * Experience in change management and implementation of new processes **What We Offer** * Opportunity to participate in a **strategic and transformative project** * Autonomy to design and implement processes * Collaborative environment in constant evolution * Professional growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$2\.564,42 \- R$11\.869,08 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance
