Responsibility for inventory audit and control Job Description: You will be assigned to points of sale and will be responsible for mapping and promoting the brand’s products through proper organization and display at points of sale, in accordance with trade marketing strategies pre-established by the company, as well as attending to and advising customers regarding product-related questions and usability. You will be the person responsible for delivering customer delight at the point of sale (POS). To perform this role effectively, we are looking for an organized, committed individual who enjoys customer service delivered courteously and with a smile. Responsibilities and Duties: Organize products in the appropriate department according to the pre-established layout; Approach customers in stores to demonstrate products and clarify their questions; Restock and reorganize products when necessary; Meet the sales targets defined for each occasion; Negotiate to secure optimal shelf space at the point of sale (POS); Conduct point-of-sale (POS) audits, as well as monitor shelf share and inventory levels; Monitor competitors’ activities at points of sale; Document action results and report to the supervisor at the end of each day/campaign. Prerequisites and Qualifications: Completed high school education; Experience as a Sales Promoter, Stock Replenisher, or Store Operator, as well as knowledge of trade marketing strategies and customer service, is preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is preferred; Familiarity with check-in and check-out systems; Residence in East Zone – SP. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills; Effective verbal and written communication; Strong organizational abilities and adherence to deadlines; Ability to gather information and inputs.
