Conduct point-of-sale audits and inventory control Job Description: You will be assigned to points of sale and will be responsible for mapping and promoting the brand’s products through proper organization and display at points of sale, in accordance with the company’s pre-established trade marketing strategies, as well as serving and guiding customers regarding product-related questions and usability. Responsibilities and Duties: Organize products in the appropriate department according to the pre-established layout; Approach customers in stores to demonstrate products and clarify their questions; Restock and reorganize products when necessary; Achieve sales targets defined for each occasion; Negotiate to secure favorable shelf space at the POS; Conduct point-of-sale audits, and monitor shelf share and inventory levels; Monitor competitors’ activities at points of sale; Document action results and report to supervisor at the end of each day/campaign. Requirements and Qualifications: Completed high school education; Experience as a Sales Promoter, Stock Replenisher, or Store Operator, along with knowledge of trade marketing strategies and customer service, is preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is preferred; Familiarity with check-in and check-out systems; Residence in the East Zone of São Paulo State. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills; Good verbal and written communication skills; Ability to organize effectively and meet deadlines; Skills in gathering information and inputs.
