Strive to delight customers at the point of sale (POS) Job Description: You will be assigned to retail points of sale and be responsible for mapping and promoting the brand’s products through proper organization and display at these locations, in accordance with pre-established trade marketing strategies set by the company, as well as assisting and guiding customers regarding product-related questions and usage. You will be the person responsible for delighting customers at the point of sale (POS). To perform this role effectively, we seek an organized, committed individual who enjoys providing courteous, smile-driven customer service. Responsibilities and Duties: Organize products in the designated department according to the pre-established layout; Approach customers in stores to demonstrate products and clarify their questions; Restock and reorganize products as needed; Achieve the sales target set for each sales occasion; Negotiate for optimal shelf space at the point of sale (POS); Conduct point-of-sale (POS) audits, and monitor shelf share and inventory levels; Monitor competitors’ activities at points of sale; Document action outcomes and report to your supervisor at the end of each day/campaign. Prerequisites and Qualifications: Completed high school education; Experience as a Sales Promoter, Stock Replenisher, or Store Operator, along with knowledge of trade marketing strategies and customer service, is preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is preferred; Familiarity with check-in and check-out systems; Residence in East Zone, São Paulo (SP). Skills: Strong interpersonal skills; Good verbal and written communication; Strong organizational abilities and punctuality; Ability to gather information and inputs.
