Job Summary: Sales promoter responsible for mapping, promoting, and organizing products while attending to and delighting customers at points of sale. Key Highlights: 1. Pursuit of customer delight at the point of sale (POS) Job Description: You will be assigned to points of sale and will be responsible for mapping and promoting the brand’s products through appropriate organization and display at points of sale, in accordance with pre-established trade marketing strategies, as well as attending to and advising customers regarding product-related questions and usage. You will be the person pursuing customer delight at the point of sale (POS). To excel in this role, we seek an organized, committed individual who enjoys providing courteous, smiling customer service. Responsibilities and Duties: Organize products in the appropriate department according to the pre-established layout; Approach customers in stores to demonstrate products and clarify their questions; Restock and reorganize products when necessary; Achieve sales targets set for each occasion; Negotiate to secure optimal shelf space at the point of sale (POS); Conduct point-of-sale (POS) audits, monitor shelf share and inventory levels; Monitor competitors’ activities at points of sale; Document action outcomes and report to supervisor at the end of each day/campaign. Prerequisites and Qualifications: Completed high school education; Experience as a Sales Promoter, Stock Replenisher, or Store Operator, as well as experience in trade marketing strategies and customer service, is preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is preferred; Familiarity with check-in and check-out systems; Residence in East Zone, SP. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills; Effective verbal and written communication; Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines; Ability to gather information and resources.
