Job Summary: Work as a Sales Promoter at points of sale (POS), organizing and displaying products, and serving and guiding customers to delight them and boost brand sales. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation of shelf space and point-of-sale (POS) audits Job Description: You will be assigned to points of sale (POS) and will be responsible for mapping and promoting the brand’s products through appropriate organization and display at POS, in accordance with pre-established trade marketing strategies of the company, as well as serving and guiding customers regarding product-related questions and usage. You will be the person responsible for delighting customers at the point of sale (POS). To perform this role effectively, we are seeking an organized, committed individual who enjoys customer service delivered courteously and with a smile. Responsibilities and Duties: Organize products in the designated department according to the pre-established layout; Approach customers in stores to demonstrate products and clarify their questions; Restock and organize products as needed; Achieve sales targets set for each sales occasion; Negotiate for optimal shelf space at the point of sale (POS); Conduct point-of-sale (POS) audits, monitor shelf share and inventory levels; Monitor competitors’ activities at points of sale (POS); Document action results and report to supervisor at the end of each day/campaign. Requirements and Qualifications: Completed high school education; Experience as a Sales Promoter, Stock Replenisher, or Store Operator, knowledge of trade marketing strategies and customer service are advantageous; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is advantageous; Familiarity with check-in and check-out systems; Residence in the East Zone of São Paulo. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills; Effective verbal and written communication; Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines; Ability to gather information and inputs.
