About the Role You will support and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, directly handling candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate placement for open positions at our partner companies. Key Responsibilities * Proactive candidate sourcing across multiple channels * Resume screening aligned with job requirements * Initial contact and alignment with candidates * Conducting interviews * Organizing and updating recruitment processes * Directing candidates to partner companies * Maintaining clear and humanized communication throughout the entire process ✅ Requirements * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields) * Genuine interest in Recruitment and Selection * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and delivery focus * Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets * Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in recruitment and selection * Experience managing high-volume recruitment pipelines * Familiarity with recruitment platforms or ATS systems * Basic knowledge of CRM platforms Contract Type and Compensation * PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) contract * Performance-based variable compensation (uncapped): * 1–20 positions: R$ 30.00 per position * 21–40 positions: R$ 40.00 per position * 41+ positions: R$ 50.00 per position The more positions successfully filled, the higher the earnings.
