Experience with test simulators such as Omicron We are looking for a professional with expertise in **electrical testing** and **protection relay parameterization** to work on projects related to **substations** and **hydroelectric power generation**. The ideal candidate will have experience operating protection and measurement test simulators such as **Omicron** and similar equipment, as well as solid expertise in **low-, medium-, and high-voltage equipment**. **Responsibilities:** * Perform **electrical tests** on protection and automation systems in **substations** and **hydropower generation facilities**. * **Parameterize protection relays**, including **FCC (Fault Characteristic Curves)** and compliance with **IEC 61850**. * Operate **protection and measurement test simulators**, such as **Omicron** and similar equipment, to ensure proper functionality and reliability of systems. * Analyze and apply knowledge of **selectivity** and **short-circuit**, performing reading and evaluation of technical studies. * Work with **low-, medium-, and high-voltage equipment**, ensuring operational safety and efficiency. **Requirements:** * **Mandatory** experience and solid knowledge in the areas of **substations** and **hydropower generation**. * **Proven experience in protection relay parameterization**, including **IEC 61850** protocols. * Advanced knowledge of **low-, medium-, and high-voltage equipment**. * Familiarity with **protection and measurement test simulators**, such as **Omicron** and similar equipment. * Ability to read and analyze **selectivity studies** and **short-circuit studies**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **test automation** and integration of protection systems into industrial platforms. * Knowledge of **technical standards and regulations** related to electrical system protection.
