Participation in cold and hot tests to ensure safe operation We are seeking an **Equipment Inspector** to work in the **Automation** field. **Requirements:** A professional responsible for commissioning field instrumentation applied to yard equipment—including Mobile Hopper, Stackers, and Belt Conveyors—such as sensors, switches, transmitters, and safety devices. Responsibilities Perform inspection, calibration, loop testing, functional testing, set-point adjustments, and integration with automation. Capacitive level switches (LSL/LSH) on the Hopper, impact-resistant against coke. Limit switches, deceleration switches, and overtravel switches on the Hopper and Stacker. Emergency pull-cord switches on the Hopper and Conveyors. Conveyor devices: speed switch, pull-cord switch, misalignment switch, and belt tear detector. Solenoid valves for air cannons (pneumatic bin cleaners). Participate in cold and hot tests to ensure correct instrument readings, appropriate alarm responses, integration with control panels/PLCs, and safe equipment operation.
