Key responsibilities: • Plan and coordinate production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules. • Supervise, train, and motivate the production team to achieve established goals. • Monitor and ensure final product quality. • Implement continuous improvements in production processes. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations. • Efficiently manage material and human resources. • Prior knowledge of animal feed manufacturing plants, machinery, pelletizers, mills, soy extruders, etc. • Management of multidisciplinary production teams, maintenance, warehousing, etc. • Process and quality, volume, cost, and other performance indicator control. • Scheduling feed deliveries together with the transportation department to meet internal customer needs. • Inventory management, FIFO, purchase requisitions, and loading/unloading of raw materials.
