




Job Summary: Strategically manage geotechnical asset reliability, conduct failure analyses, assess risks, and direct improvements to ensure the physical integrity of structures. Transforming data into actions to enhance operational safety and robustness Strategically manage the reliability of geotechnical assets and their components by conducting structured failure analyses, assessing risks, structuring data, and directing improvements that ensure the physical integrity of geotechnical structures. The professional will be responsible for transforming data from automated geotechnical instrumentation, maintenance records, and geotechnical behavior into actionable insights that increase availability, operational safety, and the robustness of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Responsibilities and Activities: · Conduct structured analyses of failures and critical deviations, including impact-related failures, and propose corrective and preventive actions. · Develop, update, and monitor the monthly work plan, ensuring alignment with maintenance and reliability guidelines. · Implement, monitor, and verify compliance with fundamental maintenance guidelines, ensuring technical and operational conformity. · Manage critical assets and components to improve reliability, availability, and risk mitigation. · Continuously monitor the health, performance, and associated risks of assets using engineering indicators and analyses. · Detail, update, and maintain master asset data. · Propose, review, and adjust maintenance strategies, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines and best practices in reliability. · Generate management reports and dashboards. · Analyze the project portfolio and develop improvements delivering business benefits. · Participate in and lead meetings with clients, suppliers, and peers.
