Focus on organization, communication, and production results. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in creating and updating the production schedule. * Register and track production orders in the ERP system. * Control and document material movement between inventory and the production area. * Contribute to productive capacity analyses and verification of resource availability. * Monitor deadlines, identifying potential delays or deviations in the process. * Support the generation of production performance reports and indicators. * Interact with departments such as Warehouse, Purchasing, and Production to ensure efficient operational flow. * Comply with internal quality and safety standards. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school (technical course in Administration, Logistics, or related fields preferred). * **Experience:** Prior experience in PCP or administrative activities related to production is preferred. **Knowledge** * Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel proficiency). * ERP systems (a plus). * Basic knowledge of production planning and control. **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Proactivity and results orientation. **Advantages** * Experience in an industrial environment. * Knowledge of automation processes or ultrasonic technology.
