Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Answering phone calls and emails from suppliers; * Serving the public; * Registering new members and new suppliers in the system; * Assisting with supplier invoice entries and issuing payment slips; * Supporting accounts receivable processing and daily sales tracking via the ARBS card; * Providing support for importing and verifying reports in proprietary systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of accounting is desirable; * Intermediate level proficiency in Excel; * Availability to intern for at least one and a half years, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and excellent communication ability. **Additional Information** Internship stipend of R$1340.00, transportation allowance or on-site parking, and growth potential.
