If you are communicative, driven, and excel at phone-based interactions, this opportunity is for you! **Employment Type**: CLT **Working Hours:** Mon–Fri 11:20 AM–6:00 PM / Sat 9:00 AM–1:00 PM — 100% on-site **Salary:** R$ 1.800,00 **Benefits**: * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance: R$ 15.00/day * Food Allowance: R$ 200.00 (after 3 months) * Progressive Commission * Discount on dental procedures **Responsibilities:** * Make outbound calls to customers to promote or sell services; * Answer customer calls and/or respond via other communication channels; * Schedule evaluations for customers identified through marketing campaigns; * Record information related to performed activities in the system; * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys according to company guidelines; * Perform sales follow-up activities such as sending letters, faxes, or e-mails; * Contact delinquent customers to schedule meetings aimed at renegotiating existing debts, per internal company policy; * + Identify delinquent customers based on data available in the information system; * Reschedule appointments for customers who failed to attend scheduled consultations and/or evaluations, per company manual and guidelines. * Participate in technical and/or behavioral training programs provided by the company. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Intermediate computer skills; Experience in customer service and negotiation; Sales techniques.
