Polite and empathetic communication A Radiology Diagnostic Clinic is opening a selective hiring process for a Call Center Operator position. We seek professionals who are communicative, attentive, and committed, with a profile oriented toward human-centered service and results orientation, to handle exam scheduling and patient support at the clinic. Responsibilities: * Schedule medical imaging exams via telephone and WhatsApp; * Provide courteous, clear, and empathetic patient service; * Clarify patient questions regarding exam preparation, health insurance plans, and available time slots; * Verify medical requisitions and patients’ registration data; * Support the reception team and technical staff in organizing daily appointment schedules; * Confirm scheduled exams and monitor no-shows; * Maintain accurate service records in the system and comply with quality protocols. Mandatory Requirements: * Prior experience in call centers, reception, or public-facing roles; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency and agility using digital systems and tools (WhatsApp Web, spreadsheets, and scheduling software); * Completed high school education; * Availability to work on an administrative shift (Monday to Saturday). Desirable Qualifications: * Experience in medical clinics, laboratories, or diagnostic centers; * Familiarity with health insurance plans and exam requisition forms; * Proactive, organized profile with the ability to remain calm during high-volume call periods.
