Your responsibilities will include: \* Performing corrective and preventive maintenance; \* Installing, configuring, and testing equipment at customer sites; \* Conducting technical diagnostics and resolving failures; \* Providing on-site and remote technical support; \* Recording service calls and organizing daily tasks. What we seek: \* Technical education in Electronics, Electrotechnics, or Mechatronics (active registration with CFT/CREA); \* Proven technical experience in printer maintenance, technical support, or field service; \* Knowledge of networks and tool handling; \* Driver's license category B; \* Organization, responsibility, and strong communication skills with customers.
