We are seeking experienced Surgical Advisors with operating room experience and expertise in OPME materials to join our team and directly support surgical procedures, ensuring excellence, safety, and efficiency. We seek professionals familiar with hospital routines, possessing strong technical aptitude and the ability to act responsibly and precisely in highly complex environments. * Assist surgeons during surgical procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and available. * Prepare the operating room by organizing equipment and instruments required for each type of procedure. * Maintain sterility and organization within the surgical environment, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols. * Collaborate with medical and nursing teams, communicating clearly and effectively during surgeries. * Record relevant information regarding performed procedures and materials used. * Assist in orienting and training new staff members and interns in the operating room. * Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new surgical techniques and procedures. * Perform maintenance and cleaning of surgical instruments, ensuring they remain in optimal condition for use. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, or related fields. * Knowledge of surgical procedures and surgical instrumentation. * Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments. * Up-to-date knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols in the surgical environment. * Personal vehicle (CAR) * Preferred Qualifications: * Specialization in Operating Room or related areas. * Prior experience in surgical advisory roles. * Certifications in life-support techniques. * Proficiency in computer applications and hospital management systems.
