This includes: humanized customer service via WhatsApp, assistance in resolving inquiries, after-sales support, clear communication regarding deliveries, order tracking within the system, and prompt attention to customer messages concerning pending issues, defects, delivery delays, or payment difficulties. This position requires organization, clear communication, and proactive monitoring of orders and customer messages across all official support channels.
