Our ecosystem brings together brands operating across various fitness and wellness segments: gyms such as Smart Fit, Bio Ritmo, and Nation CT; studios such as Race Bootcamp, Vidya Studio, Jab House, Tonus Gym, Aera Pilates, Velocity, and Kore; and digital products including TotalPass and Queima Diária. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute creation, modification, and revocation of access across multiple systems. * Operate the IAM solution console to create and revoke access. * Perform manual provisioning in systems not yet integrated automatically. * Assist business areas in mapping access profiles (Roles). * Provide second-level support for password or MFA synchronization failures. * Provide technical support for login issues, MFA reset, and SSO account lockouts. * Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLA compliance for response times. * Verify whether automated integrations are running without errors in logs. * Assist in collecting evidence for access audits. **Requirements** **Essential items in your toolkit:** People who: * Have knowledge and experience with Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, IAM solutions, and security fundamentals. * Are organized, process-oriented, and focused on internal customer service. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior exposure to any market tool (e.g., Horacius, Okta, SailPoint, IBM, Omada, Microsoft Entra) and experience in Identity and Access Management processes. * Familiarity with authentication apps (Microsoft/Google Authenticator). **About the Organization** Smart Fit Group owns full-service gym brands Smart Fit & Bio Ritmo, studio gym brands Race Bootcamp, Vidya Body & Mind, Tonus Muscle Lab, Jab House, and Nós, as well as digital products Total Pass and Queima Diária.
