Then this position may be right for you! ***About the Opportunity:*** We are looking for a **Senior Field Technician** to work in **São Paulo (Capital) and the ABC region**, ensuring full functionality of multifunction printers, with emphasis on quality, agility, and excellence in customer service. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on multifunction printers; * Provide direct technical support to customers (resident/field model); * Diagnose and resolve technical failures; * Replace toner, parts, and maintenance kits; * Install, configure, and provide network printer support; * Monitor service tickets and ensure SLA compliance; * Complete technical reports and perform basic consumables control. ***Requirements:*** * Technical education in Information Technology, Networking, Electroelectronics, or related fields; * Experience in printer maintenance (laser, inkjet, and/or thermal); * Knowledge of networking, drivers, and Windows operating systems (Linux knowledge is a plus); * Proactive, organized profile with strong interpersonal skills; * Availability to travel within the operational region. **Operational Regions:** South Zone (Saúde, Jabaquara, Ipiranga, Sacomã), with easy access to the ABC region — São Caetano do Sul, Santo André, and São Bernardo do Campo.
