




Job Summary: The professional will structure and enhance the Project Management Office (PMO), develop and maintain dashboards, consolidate project information, support project leaders, and promote best practices. Proficiency in Agile and Lean methodologies required. **Key Responsibilities:** * Structure and enhance the Project Management Office (PMO), defining methodologies, standards, templates, and governance frameworks. * Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports for portfolio monitoring. * Consolidate project information and prepare reports for various organizational levels, including leadership and executive management. * Support project leaders in planning, control, and use of tools (MS Project and OnePlan). * Assist in portfolio management, performance indicators, and prioritization. * Promote best practices in project management, Agile methodologies, and Lean. **Required Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * MBA or postgraduate degree in Project Management (required). **Experience Level:** * Senior. **Essential Skills:** * Experience in strategic PMO. * Advanced Power BI and Excel. * MS Project and OnePlan. * Agile and Lean methodologies (required). * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively across all hierarchical levels. * Experience in industrial construction projects is considered a plus.
