Job Responsibilities: * Active client prospecting * Making phone calls and WhatsApp contacts * Sending messages, serving and following up with clients * Preparing and sending insurance and plan quotations * Seeking and developing new leads * Organizing and monitoring the sales funnel * Meeting and achieving company-established sales targets * Focusing on results, performance, and professional growth Motivasse Insurance Brokerage provides its own system with a contact database—including clients’ phone numbers—as well as messaging tools and commercial support to assist sales development.
