CS Ops is responsible for generating insights that enhance the efficiency of the Customer Success and Customer Experience pipeline, directly impacting customer retention. Your primary objective will be to ensure the CS team operates intelligently, scalably, and data-driven—eliminating noise and bottlenecks through precise guidance, including: * Monitoring key Customer Success team metrics; * Proactively identifying major gaps and root causes, generating actionable insights for CS leadership; * Identifying data required for decision-making, as well as cross-referencing it with market information to propose optimal alternatives; * Providing precise guidance to CS teams to improve customer experience and thereby reduce churn; * Promoting a culture of A/B testing and data-driven experimentation; * Daily support and problem resolution for leadership and key internal stakeholders; * Leading core area forums, developing relevant materials, and fostering strategic business discussions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed. * Experience in Operations, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, CS Ops, or related areas. * Strong SQL knowledge. * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of BI tools. * Knowledge and experience in data analysis, KPIs, metric definition, and governance. * Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions (suggesting analytical trade-offs). * Proactivity and end-to-end ownership of processes. * Strong technical and executive communication skills. * Experience with the Databricks platform: Notebooks, SQL, etc. (Preferred). **Additional Information** Flexible Benefit/Meal Allowance: R$ 40.00 per business day.
