We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills to work as a **Property Inspector**, performing initial and final inspections, mediating maintenance requests among owners, tenants, and third-party service providers, and supporting client accompaniment during property visits.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Conduct initial (entry) and final (exit) property inspections;
* Prepare inspection reports, including photographic records and descriptions of the property's condition;
* Identify and document required repairs and adjustments observed during inspections;
* Facilitate communication between owners and tenants regarding pending issues and services;
* Request quotations from third-party service providers;
* Submit quotations for owner approval;
* Monitor the execution of services performed by third parties;
* Verify completion of executed services;
* Support the sales team in accompanying clients during property visits, including property access and on-site assistance.

* Completed high school education;
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Effective verbal and written communication;
* Ability to interact professionally with clients, owners, and suppliers.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior experience as a property inspector, in real estate agencies, or in operational administrative roles;
* Driver's license, Category B.

Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws)
Compensation: R$1.800,00 – R$2.121,00 per month
