Teamwork and process organization Opportunity for Process Assistant I (PwD – Person with Disability) at a multinational electronics manufacturing company located in Indaiatuba/SP. **Description of duties to be performed by the professional** Perform cosmetic inspection of products upon receipt for repair; register information in the CRM system; and generate a Service Order label for each device; · Replace components in electronic products (Notebook, Desktop, All-in-One); · Conduct functional testing of electronic equipment following checklists specifying required tests per product type; if necessary, install the Lenovo factory-default operating system; · Perform cosmetic inspection after repair completion and print reports based on technician-submitted data in the CRM system; · Conduct Burn-In testing (extended testing) on a sample quantity defined by the team leader for repaired products to ensure process effectiveness and repair quality; · Clean and package products prior to shipment to customers; · Perform rework on manufactured products: affix corporate customer asset/fixed-asset labels; install customer-specific operating systems; and repackage products into original boxes while maintaining product quality; · Print, scan, and attach technical reports to the SAP system according to information provided by Level 2 Technicians; · Receive, verify, and sort components and supplies for repairs according to requisition number and Service Order; make components and equipment available across process stages. **Requirements** Completed high school education Basic computer skills (Windows, Linux) and basic Microsoft Office suite proficiency; Basic SAP knowledge. **Benefits**: Unimed Health Plan and Odontoprev Dental Plan, extendable to immediate dependents (spouse and children); Meal Ticket; Life Insurance Plan; On-site cafeteria; Optional Private Pension Plan; Transportation; Employee Assistance Program; Wellhub. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:48, with a 1-hour break.
