Commercial Activities * Prospect new customers through messages and business outreach. * Maintain active relationships with leads to drive conversion and retention. * Support commercial initiatives and strategies to increase customer flow. * Record and monitor service and prospecting metrics in a CRM system, ensuring up-to-date history and follow-ups. Technical Competencies * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in reception or commercial customer service (preferred) * Familiarity with CRM systems and customer management platforms. * Proficiency with digital communication tools and appointment scheduling systems.
