Work schedule at the unit: Mon\-Fri 08:00/12:00\-13:00/16:00\. **Description of duties to be performed by the professional:** Provide clear, objective, and welcoming service, always aiming to meet employee needs to achieve results through support services, and efficiently and effectively fulfilling all service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality and productivity targets. **Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:** Mandatory Certification: • HDI/DAST \- Desktop Advanced Support Technician or ITIL 4 Foundation; • Microsoft MD\-102: Endpoint Administrator; Additional Certifications (preferred): • Cisco CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Administrator); • Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate. Proficiency in the Microsoft Windows environment.
