




Job Summary: Coordinate and guide the occupational health and safety system, investigate risks, prevent accidents, and train employees. Key Responsibilities: 1. Train employees on safety regulations and prevention * Guide and coordinate the occupational health and safety system, investigating risks and accident causes, and analyzing prevention schemes; * Inspect company premises, facilities, and equipment to identify accident risk factors; * Investigate accidents that occur, examining the conditions under which they occurred to identify their causes and propose appropriate corrective measures; * Train company employees on safety regulations, fire prevention, and other accident prevention measures; * Develop educational initiatives in the field of occupational health and safety; * Participate in occupational health and safety meetings, providing relevant data, presenting suggestions, and analyzing the feasibility of proposed safety measures to improve the existing system; * Perform tasks pertinent to the area of responsibility, utilizing computer equipment and software; * Carry out and support other tasks necessary for the development of departmental activities, consistent with the role; * Manage OHS documentation. Requirements: * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Health and Safety, registered with the Ministry of Labor; * Experience and knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety; * Proficiency in delivering training sessions; * Microsoft Office Suite; * Driver's License – Category B; * Flexible working hours. * Easy access to Petrópolis/RJ.
