The Services department has this opportunity to perform and validate master data registration activities. **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** * Perform technical registration of materials, equipment, and installation locations. * Verify information against established standards. * Assist in organizing technical documents and supporting spreadsheets. * Interact with maintenance, engineering, and procurement departments for clarifications. * Conduct daily collection of master data for materials and equipment, recording them in spreadsheets for SAP upload. * Update installation location and functional structure data. * Control the quality of information recorded in standard spreadsheets. * Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments. * Handle spreadsheets and databases. * Interpret technical drawings. * Provide support, when requested, for material and equipment receipt and verification activities at the customer site, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, delivery documentation, and safety requirements. * Develop complex maintenance plans, including those subject to NR regulations. * Participate in master data improvement projects. * Control and audit the quality of technical information. * Report activity progress and propose strategic corrective actions. * Serve as a technical reference for engineering and maintenance departments. * Train junior and mid-level professionals. **To succeed in this position, it is important to have:** * Desired experience in engineering or maintenance, with SAP proficiency and experience in implementation and/or master data improvement projects. * Education: Technical degree in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and/or automation engineering. * Solid knowledge in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation maintenance. * Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel. * Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills. **What We Offer** We offer a dynamic work environment that values innovation and suits individuals with a development mindset who enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
