Expanding company focused on continuous improvement and professional recognition. ### **About UMA Contabilidade** UMA is a well-established accounting outsourcing services company, founded in December 2012 and staffed by professionals with extensive experience in the business’s core areas (Accounting, Tax, Fiscal, and Labor). ### **Job Mission** Analyze and execute fiscal department activities in accordance with municipal, state, and federal tax obligations and ancillary requirements, performing fiscal bookkeeping to ensure all reports and records comply with applicable fiscal principles, regulations, and legislation, within deadlines and procedures established by the company. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, verify, organize, and archive companies’ tax documents. * Import and analyze incoming, outgoing, and service invoices in the system. * Calculate federal, state, and municipal taxes (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, ISS, among others). * Generate and submit monthly and annual ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, DCTF, DEFIS, DMS, REST, among others). * Prepare companies’ tax ledgers, especially those under the Simples Nacional regime, in accordance with current legislation. * Identify tax liabilities, monitor pending issues, and support installment plan processes when necessary. * Monitor official communications (e-CAC, DTE, electronic mailbox) and resolve inconsistencies. * Respond to client inquiries regarding tax-related matters. * Prepare reports and monitor departmental indicators to support management. * Maintain organized documentation, meet deadlines, and ensure legal compliance. * Participate in training sessions and stay updated on tax legislation and best practices. ### **Education:** * Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Accounting Sciences. ### **Technical Competencies (Mandatory):** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Knowledge of Accounting Legislation * Knowledge of Tax Legislation * Knowledge of Labor and Social Security Legislation * Knowledge of municipal, state, and federal taxes ### **Behavioral Competencies:** * Commitment to clients and quality of deliverables. * Analytical mindset and results orientation. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organization, initiative, and sense of responsibility. * Proactivity and collaborative attitude. * Openness to innovation and continuous learning. * Good interpersonal skills. ### **Compensation** * To be determined based on professional experience, technical level, and salary expectations. ### **Why Join Us?** * **Strategic Role:** Direct involvement in the Tax Department, with significant impact on compliance and client support. * **Autonomy and Impact:** Opportunity for learning, technical development, and professional growth. * **Growing Environment:** Expanding company focused on continuous improvement and professional recognition.
