Job Summary: We are seeking a Help Desk Support professional with strong communication and logical reasoning skills to provide telephone and chat support, manage backlog, and resolve first-level issues. Key Highlights: 1. Telephone and chat support for customers 2. Backlog management and problem identification and resolution 3. First-level customer assistance and task routing **Profile Description:** **We are looking for a Help Desk Support professional with 2–3 years of experience and advanced Portuguese and English proficiency. Junior profiles will be considered.** **Knowledge/Skills:** Strong written communication skills (chat support) and clear verbal communication for telephone assistance Strong logical reasoning to solve problems and identify solutions Advanced knowledge of Portuguese and English (support will be provided to Latin America in Spanish); Spanish is desirable Basic to intermediate IT knowledge **Responsibilities:** Telephone support Chat system support Backlog management First-level customer assistance, providing immediate solutions Customer assistance by routing tasks to Level 2 and/or Level 3 technical teams Problem identification and resolution Multitasking Backlog analysis of tickets **Experience:** 1–2 years of experience in help desk and support roles. **Working Hours:** **Monday to Friday; the following shifts are available:** **Brazil Time Zone:** **11 AM to 8 PM / 12 PM to 9 PM** **Language:** English and Portuguese **(Mandatory)**, Spanish desirable. **Work Mode:** Home Office **(Candidates must be located in Brazil only)** **Employment Type:** PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) **Education:** University or technical degree
