Collaboration in communication and administrative management Engage in activities contributing to student development, seeking integration of disciplines through application of theoretical knowledge in practical settings, where problem-based situations foster hands-on experience in sector responsibilities. **Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 14:00** **Stipend: R$1,000.00** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Life insurance **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in direct user service (students, faculty, staff, and external users), guiding them on library services and usage policies. * Support users in conducting bibliographic research and using search tools. * Guide and assist users in utilizing digital resources, such as e-books and online platforms. * Assist users in operating computers and other equipment available in the library space. * Assist in technical processing of materials, including cataloging, labeling, and physical organization of books on shelves. * Support collection inspection, helping identify books requiring restoration or maintenance. * Assist in organizing the physical space, including storage of consulted materials and supervision of study rooms. * Support periodic inventory procedures for loss and misplacement control. * Assist in entering and maintaining data related to Undergraduate Theses (TCCs) in the TOTVs system. * Support overdue item tracking, assisting in deadline verification and sending reminder emails to users. * Assist in library access control and study room management. * Provide general administrative support, such as document registration and office supply stock control. * Collaborate in communication efforts, assisting in content creation for bulletin boards, newsletters, or the library’s social media channels. * Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity, as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Field(s) of Study: Library Science, Administration, Pedagogy, or related fields.
