We are seeking a highly experienced IT Infrastructure and Operations Specialist to join our team. This professional will serve as a technical reference, operating in mission-critical corporate environments and contributing to the maintenance and evolution of our technology platforms. Expertise in public clouds, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code will be essential to ensure system stability, security, and efficiency—directly impacting company service performance and continuity. Join a team that values innovation and continuous development! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Administer and evolve multi-cloud environments on GCP, AWS, and OCI, including networks, accounts/projects, IAM, storage, managed databases, and managed Kubernetes services. * Administer Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters (on-prem and cloud), including upgrades, resource tuning, security, advanced troubleshooting, and deployment standardization. * Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions for applications using WebLogic, SOA, Apache, IIS, and cloud services—ensuring automated testing, governance, and traceability. * Maintain and evolve Nexus repositories, code quality in SonarQube, and Git versioning standards, supporting squads in adopting DevOps best practices. * Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code with Terraform for AWS, GCP, OCI, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and network components—including code reviews, reusable modules, and change controls. * Serve as Level 2/Level 3 support for critical incidents across platforms (cloud, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, middleware, PowerBI, SharePoint), coordinating end-to-end troubleshooting and supporting war rooms. * Define and maintain platform observability—monitoring, metrics, logs, and dashboards—integrating with APM/observability tools and generating intelligent alerts. * Support development teams in cloud-native solution architecture, pipeline standardization, container usage, and integration with data/analytics services (PowerBI, SharePoint). * Author and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, security standards, and operational best practice guides for platform operation and evolution. * Contribute to capacity planning, cloud cost optimization, and definition of SLOs/SLIs for key platforms under the team’s responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience (minimum 6–8 years) in infrastructure/DevOps. * Proficiency in at least two public clouds (GCP, AWS, OCI). * Strong experience administering Kubernetes and/or OpenShift. * Advanced experience in CI/CD with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. * Solid knowledge of middleware and application servers (WebLogic, SOA, Apache HTTP, IIS). * Proficiency in Terraform. * Experience with artifact repositories (Nexus) and code quality tools (SonarQube). * Hands-on experience with observability (Zabbix/Grafana/ELK/DataDog). * Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, load balancing, proxies, VPNs, perimeter security) and cloud security best practices (IAM, policies, secrets, compliance). * Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell. * Cloud (GCP, AWS, OCI) or Kubernetes certifications are desirable. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. **Desirable Differentiators** --------------------------- * Certifications in cloud (AWS, GCP, OCI) and/or Kubernetes/OpenShift and Terraform. * Experience with BI/Analytics platforms (PowerBI) and corporate collaboration platforms (SharePoint) in cloud-integrated scenarios. * Prior experience in SRE/Platform/DevOps teams or command centers focused on automation, observability, and continuous improvement. * Experience in telecom/high-criticality environments or large enterprises with extensive integrations and distributed systems. **Behavioral Competencies** -------------------------------- * Systemic vision and ability to operate end-to-end, connecting applications, infrastructure, cloud, and business. * Hands-on profile, solution-oriented, with strong ownership and leadership in critical incidents and strategic projects. * Clear communication with both technical and executive audiences, facilitating data-driven decisions and articulating risk/cost/availability impacts. * Collaboration with development, security, data, and operations squads, fostering DevOps and continuous improvement culture. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Private Pension Plan * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) * Pharmacy Allowance * Daycare Allowance * Flexible Working Hours * V.tal Benefits Club * Extended Maternity Leave (6 months) * Extended Paternity Leave (20 days) **THE FUTURE STARTS HERE—AND WE’LL BUILD IT TOGETHER WITH YOU** ---------------------------------------------------------------- **We are V.tal, a company born with the purpose of enabling connection to the digital world and transforming people’s lives.** We work to help position Brazil among the most digitally advanced countries worldwide—promoting digital inclusion, driving new businesses, and stimulating regional development.
