Apply now! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Implement and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and networks (AWS, Google, and Azure). **Supporting Actions:** * Use infrastructure provisioning tools; * Implement topology techniques ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability; * Implement environment monitoring tools and alert generation; * Install and configure web server management systems, databases, jobs, and basic pipelines in continuous delivery tools using CI/CD process automation; * Work on process automation projects; * Provide support and troubleshoot existing IT infrastructure; * Deliver training and guidance to other team members on DevOps practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars and ITIL methodology; * Experience with log and operating system monitoring tools (Linux and Microsoft); * Advanced knowledge of continuous delivery tools leveraging CI/CD process automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), Azure DevOps, and Jira; * Experience with code repositories and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools; * Ability to perform analysis, root cause identification, and generate incident, performance, and configuration reports; * Knowledge of other cloud platforms (Google and Microsoft). **Knowledge/Experience Profile:** * Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and networks; * Advanced expertise in Cloud Computing and knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars; * Develop and manage automated CI/CD pipelines using multiple stacks (Git, Jenkins, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, Azure DevOps, etc); * Advanced knowledge of building and provisioning environments using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and associated solutions (HashiCorp Terraform and AWS CloudFormation); * Ability to perform analysis, root cause identification, and generate incident, performance, and configuration reports; * Advanced knowledge of building and maintaining containerized clusters and orchestration across multiple stacks (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS); * Implement topology techniques and solutions for high availability, fault tolerance, and auto-scalability; * Document environment architectures; * Configure and recommend add-ons for monitoring, logging, authorization, and networking (Prometheus, Thanos, kube2iam, Loki, Elasticsearch, Fluentd, nginx-ingress-controller); * Implement cloud environment monitoring tools and alert generation; * Develop infrastructure automation scripts (Shell Scripts, Python, PowerShell, Node); * Practice self-management: plan short- and long-term activities and deliverables according to team needs; * Be customer-facing: maintain client relationships, lead project status meetings, and act proactively; * AWS Certification – Specialty or Professional level is a plus; * Python knowledge; * Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Kibana, New Relic, Datadog, Zabbix); * Kubernetes certification (CKA and/or CKAD) is a differentiator; * Provide support and troubleshoot existing IT infrastructure; * Deliver training and guidance to other team members on DevOps practices; * Knowledge of other cloud platforms (Google and Microsoft). **Additional Information** **Work Model:** Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote per week); **Location:** Itaim Bibi; **Employment Type:** PJ (Individual Contractor); **Team Working Hours:** Business hours. **Important:** We value diversity and inclusion and consider all candidates for our positions regardless of color, race, religion, gender and gender identity, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, ancestry, age, etc. #### **We go beyond technology.
