The representative will be responsible for handling customer interactions via phone, chat, and other company communication channels, aiming to resolve inquiries and issues, register incidents, and ensure the best possible customer experience with our offered services. Responsive and proactive customer service (phone, WhatsApp); Clarification of doubts regarding services provided, plans, and invoices; Recording of support interactions; Meeting quality, response time, and customer satisfaction targets; Fostering customer loyalty and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Providing technical support to our technicians and customers; * 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. / 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. * Proficiency with technology; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Prior experience in customer service; * Basic computer literacy, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets; * Basic knowledge of internet equipment; * Proactivity; * Organization and attention to detail; * On-site work: Mossoró - RN; * Rotating shifts on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
