




Job Summary: Stillo Academy is seeking a Sales Consultant for in-person and WhatsApp-based customer service, customer portfolio management, and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Stillo Academy is looking for a Sales Consultant who enjoys interacting with people. Main Responsibilities: Attend to enrolled students, ensuring support for their needs and monitoring plan expiration dates to schedule renewals; Provide service to new clients both in person and via WhatsApp, presenting the academy’s membership plans and services; Build and manage a customer portfolio, encouraging regular attendance and reactivating inactive students; Collaborate with the team to deliver an outstanding experience to our students. Requirements: Enjoy conversing and connecting with people; Possess sales and negotiation skills; Be organized and proactive in tracking students and goals; Work well in a team and maintain a collaborative environment; Reside in PORTO ALEGRE. Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus. Job Details: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and alternate Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; Compensation: Fixed salary + commission + transportation allowance (VT); No work on Sundays or holidays.
