




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and communicative Reservation Consultant who is passionate about transforming customer interactions into positive experiences, delivering service with excellence and empathy. We are looking for a **collaborative professional** to serve as a **Reservation Consultant**, delivering service with excellence, empathy, and attention to detail. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle individual customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email, providing comprehensive support throughout the reservation process; * Prepare customized quotations according to the needs and characteristics of each customer or group; * Ensure efficient communication among operational departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Events), guaranteeing excellence in the guest experience; * Update and maintain customer, group, and corporate registrations in the reservation system; * Manage guaranteed and non-guaranteed reservations within the system; * Analyze and adjust reservations originating from the channel manager; * Ensure administrative routines within the department; * Input room lists and register and distribute service orders (SOs), ensuring clarity and accuracy for other departments; * Clarify information and attractions offered by each hotel, resort, or park; * Process payments, rescheduling, or cancellations of reservations; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience in sales or customer service; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Commitment to deadlines and quality; * Ability to work independently, responsibly, and ethically; * Strong interpersonal skills. **Additional Information** * Flexibility coupled with responsibility; * Professional relationships built on trust and collaboration. **You Can Do It!
