Focus on goals and teamwork · Manage the collection portfolio by conducting direct collections from customers. Manage portfolios of delinquent customers by performing direct collections to recover outstanding amounts. · Conduct collections while seeking to understand customers’ reasons for delay, in order to propose effective solutions to delinquency: · Investigate and understand the reasons behind customers’ payment delays, offering practical solutions to resolve delinquency and facilitate payment. Communicate with customers in a personalized, empathetic, and informative manner to deliver the best possible experience during collections: · Communicate with customers in a personalized and empathetic way, ensuring they receive clear and useful information, promoting a positive experience throughout the collections process. · Provide support and clarify customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and WhatsApp: Provide support and respond to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels—including email, phone, chat, and WhatsApp—ensuring efficient and courteous service. · Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; · Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office); · Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency; · Experience in administrative routines. · Excellent written and spoken Portuguese: · Focus on achieving established goals and objectives, with the ability to assess and improve performance and results. · Experience in collections and negotiation: · Teamwork is essential: · Drive and motivation to achieve goals · Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to suggest daily improvements and ideas Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Compensation: R$2.200,00 – R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
