This professional will play a key role in risk prevention, life protection, property preservation, and emergency response, ensuring the safety of people and facilities under their responsibility. * **Work location:** Seropédica * **Shift schedule:** 12x36 * **Working hours:** To be defined according to post * **Salary:** R$ 1\.857,67 ***\+*** 30% hazard pay * **Benefits:** Meal Allowance ***\+*** Transportation Allowance / Food Allowance (R$ 25.00 per working day) **Responsibilities:** The Civil Firefighter will be responsible for preventive and operational activities, including risk analysis, periodic building inspections, inspection and monitoring of fire prevention and suppression equipment operation, as well as user guidance on fire and panic safety procedures. They must also know and implement the Emergency Plan, participate in simulated drills, and report any identified irregularities to the responsible department. In emergency situations, they must identify risks, activate internal alarms and external support teams, assist in building evacuation, initiate firefighting operations, provide first aid to victims, and receive the Fire Department, supplying necessary information and support for their actions. **Requirements:** * Completed high school; * Certified Civil Professional Firefighter course approved by CBERJ, completed within the last 5 years (if no prior experience); * Valid Civil Professional Firefighter license (5-year validity); * Relevant work experience. **Skills and Competencies:** * Broad attention, dynamism, initiative, good physical condition, emotional control, ability to calm victims, inspire confidence, and correctly apply rescue, first aid, and firefighting techniques.
